The Professional conclave was a unique platform for academicians and students to gain new knowledge and skills from professional practitioners. The Department of Commerce of PSGR Krishnammal College for Women jointly with various professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India have organized the Professional Conclave on Thursday, 5th December 2019, at 9.30 am at the PSGRKC Alumni Golden Jubilee Auditorium. Dr.R.Nandini, Chairperson, PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore welcomed the gathering. Mr.V.S.Kumar, IRS, Income Tax Commissioner, Coimbatore, delivered the keynote address and presided over the function. CA.G.Ramasamy, Past President, ICAI, New Delhi, delivered the special address. CA.K.Jalapathi, Secretary, SIRC of ICAI, Coimbatore, CA.P.Balasubramani, Chairman, ICAI, Coimbatore Branch, CMA.K.Ravindran, Chairman, ICAI (CMA), Coimbatore Chapter, and CS.Dr.R.Maheshwaran, Chairman, ICSI, Coimbatore Chapter, offered felicitations. 50 alumni professionals were recognized for their accomplishments. An interactive discussion took place in the Professional Conclave among the professionals. The 50 successful alumni professionals shared their experience with the students. This forum has a special pride of having their own alumni professionals to equip the students in synthesizing their success concepts and peripheral professional members with the current professional scenario and the power of technology andfollowed by the panel discussion wherein CA.
