Ms. Shimna Sameer
A dynamic, vivacious and purpose driven women business leader, Shimna Sameer is a proud alumna of our college from MA English Literature. She has carved a niche for herself in the business world championing for gender diversity and inclusion. In 2020,Shimna Sameer has been named the “Outstanding Women of 2020” by India New England News a prime online and video magazine serving Indian American community in the United States and “Heroes Women Role Model Lists 2020” one among the top 100 corporate women globally for empowering women and working on gender equality by Yahoo Finance. She is currently the Managing Director, National Operation, Northeast Division Executive of Bank of America. She is passionate about advancing women’s careers and actively works to develop and mentor women leaders. She is the founder and executive sponsor of bank Women’s Forum and the executive sponsor for the company’s Company Banking &Investments Employee Engagement & Inclusion Council.
